I hope someone can help me with this. I am using file_get_contents to read a Spanish page encoded with iso-8859-1, for example, https://puntodeencuentro.sepe.es/empleoTrabaja/detalleOferta.do?metodo=verOferta&idOferta=%7B92C86F3D-921C-E311-B9D7-00505693514C%7D However I have noticed when file_get_contents reads this page it has converted some of the Spanish characters to “?”.
